Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery (size or color), as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Refunds are only issued if an item arrives defective or if we made an error — we don't offer refunds for change of mind. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.
