Exchanges within 7 days
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange of size or colour. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. To start an exchange, send your order number on WhatsApp.
Sale items
Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, unless they are defective.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. A full refund is issued only if an item is defective or if we made an error (wrong item or wrong size sent).
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or to our error, in which case MAYAM covers the cost.
