Refund policy

Exchanges
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange (size or color). The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

To start an exchange, contact us directly on WhatsApp with your order number.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. A full refund is only issued if the item is defective or if we made an error (wrong item or wrong size shipped).

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or our error — in which case Mayam covers the cost.

Non-eligible items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange, unless defective.
