How do I pay?
Cash on delivery: you pay in cash when your order arrives. No bank card is needed.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery in Morocco is 35 MAD, and free on orders of 900 MAD or more.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on your city. Message us on WhatsApp for an estimate for your address.
How do I find my size?
Check our size guide and the fit notes on each product page. Many pages also show a fit reference (for example 173 cm | Size M) to help you judge length.
What does M/L mean?
M/L sits between M and L. Choose it if you are between the two sizes or prefer a little more ease.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery for a different size or colour, if the item is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. Sale items are final sale unless defective. See Exchanges & Returns.
Do you offer refunds?
We refund in full if an item is defective or if we sent the wrong item or size. We do not refund a change of mind.
